Thoughts: Beware! Warning! This may contain spoilers!
The Social Network blew my expectations. I'm not a fan of biographies or anything of the informational sort, but my friend is on a Jesse Eisenberg binge, so she chose this film. However, this movie made the history of Facebook really drama filled and exciting.

At the end of the movie, the acting had mee so thoroughly convinced that I knew and understood the feelings of all of the characters. Eisenberg and Garfield had such amazing acting in the movie, that my friends and I looked up whether or not the characters portrayed in the film are similar to the actual people. (In reality, Zuckerberg's movie personality is not similar.)

All the characters' acting was really well done. Their personalities were really well established through not only their speech, but also their actions. However, Eisenberg played a character that is similar to other characters he usually plays. The hard thing about that is that he always talks really quickly.

The one thing that really disappointed mee about this film is the consistency of the true facts and information. According to some interviews and articles I read after the film, lots of the events were portrayed differently. For example, Zuckerberg didn't create Facebook out of spite against his ex- girlfriend, he actually was dating his now current wife. Also, certain personality aspects of characters were more exaggerated. I understand that films need to be intensely filled with interesting moments and drama, but the lack or the misrepresentation of facts really irked mee.

Rating: 7/10
