Birthday Haul

So I know that technically my birthday was more than a month ago.

However, I have amazing friends, who will go above and beyond to get mee some of the wildest and most fun things as presents. One of my best friends from home, Alice, just gave mee my birthday present this past weekend. Inside the bag were all the wonderful things I needed to help further my procrastination at school!

I absolutely love painting my nails. Nail art, nail deco, nail anything is simply fun and amazing. I see painting nails not as a beauty and fashion accessory, but also a tiny form of personal expression, since your nails are a little creation of art.

Included in my ultimate nail art gift are:

- Gem rhinestones; stars, ovals, circles

- Empty wheel palettes

- Nail glue

- 3D Nail art decos

- Extra long double sided toothpicks

A Look Inside: My 19th Birthday

Yesterday was my 19th birthday!! I finally am in the same age ranks as the rest of my friends. The little kid and baby jokes can cease for a few months. Either or, my friends turned a boring day at work into a great night with their small surprise get together.

My friends are amazing people! After working 7 hours, I walked outside to find my car plastered with paint proclaiming to everyone that it was my birthday. And then I was kidnapped by my best friend and driven to our favorite hang out restaurant, TGIF. I was attacked with balloons and random birthday knick knacks. To make everything even better, they all made a homemade red velvet strawberry cake. It was super delicious! Also, I'm going to see the Plain White T's!! I'm the last of my friends to have a birthday, so I finally as old as everyone else and the baby jokes can stop for a bit.

The only thing that really sucks is I have work all day today. *sigh*
